Helen has woken up about 4 times in the night so far.
I got up and went to church this morning.
I don't know what it was but I did.
In one way I should keep out of this but how can I.
So perhaps she did call them after all.
Helen was very unhappy and in tears.
Helen has just woken up frightened and with an itchy front bottom.
Dave's Diary: March 2005: A moving story of authenticity in the face of oppression and one man's struggle to maintain and respect a child's rights against assault and prejudice in a most dreadful divorce.
Difficult to know where to begin.
This was not bad.
Went to fetch Helen from school at 14:50 hrs.
Yesterday I spent 12 hours in a police cell in Sudbury.
Helen had Jena round for most of the day yesterday.
Cancelled my counselling with Skyla this morning because I have to deal with solicitors regarding Friday and the Residence application of Marion's.
However I will put it in if I remember.
Helen was up in my office at around 6 o'clock last night and I asked her if Marion had taken her to the doctor recently.
Lets hope that today I manage to get to my solicitors.
Unbelievable.
Basically, as my solicitors suggested, a directives hearing.
But a very clear summary was evident.
This morning I found papers moved on my desk.
Actually Kenny & Lorraine didn't come.
I think - that's what I do.
Yesterday was, yet again, an odd day.
The phone just rang and it was Sharon Wong from Hong Kong.
Marion has just gone out saying she will be back around lunch time.
Hello Deborah
Dave's Diary: April 2005: A moving story of authenticity in the face of oppression and one man's struggle to maintain and respect a child's rights against assault and prejudice in a most dreadful divorce.
The last few days I have got a lot of work done.
Just looking at yesterday's entry what strikes me is the idea that I should be more tolerant.
That woman hurts.
I've been up for a while.
Got back from a couple of days at Sara's last night.
That was one hell of a day.
=====CAFCASS begin
Today Marion had arranged for the Hinkleys to come round.
Perhaps there is just more going on that I am dealing with rather than writing about.
So much for me preventing her spending time with Helen.
Just 10 minutes to jot some notes down.
Hello Diary.
Not sure.
Silas's birthday.
The letter from CAFCASS.
Oh heck it's 2 a.m.
Just a note to say that Marion came in this afternoon.
Yesterday evening I went to see Winston to play Go.
So I'm lying in bed noticing that I am full of anxiety and wondering why I can't sleep.
Dave's Diary: May 2005: A moving story of authenticity in the face of oppression and one man's struggle to maintain and respect a child's rights against assault and prejudice in a most dreadful divorce.
The pattern is simple.
Fynn (6 years old) came back here for a sleep over.
Another incident...
So Jules Rawlins came round yesterday.
I went to sleep some time around 11 p.m.
Here I am at my desk and usefully I could be working.
Saturday just sort of happened as far as I recall.
Well today was a significant day.
Got to get Helen up soon.
Chelsey Tomms wanted to come round after school too.
Last night Jena stayed for a sleep over.
Went to bed exhausted at 11 o'clock.
Marion has just wound me up significantly.
I am seriously in a far worse situation than being a single Dad.
Nothing much to report today except a couple of remarks.
Woke up this morning with a thought.
She arrived home around 5 ish but I can't remember.
Marion is running stuff this morning.
I've been awake since 1 o'clock and up since 2:30.
Yesterday a little bird gave me some information.
Yesterday Marion turned up at Drama.
I also thought about asking Marion to allow me to use the house as security for a loan.
Dave's Diary: June 2005: A moving story of authenticity in the face of oppression and one man's struggle to maintain and respect a child's rights against assault and prejudice in a most dreadful divorce.
Got back from Brighton yesterday.
No one in the house.
Unless I have been sleepwalking it seems someone has opened the door to the attic in the night.
Something is winding me up inside.
What was that about?
It clearly recommends that residence is granted to me.
Oh boy.

Marion
I hope the job is successful.
I did get the letter written and delivered it with a form for Murray Eiffel to fill out.

Tomorrow is a big day.
The child Helen Violet Hvidberg Hook (d.o.b.
Went to sleep at about 2 and woke up about 4.
That is very good after not sleeping much in the last two nights.
I haven't gone to bed yet from Wednesday.
Got back from the weekend at about 19:30 hrs this evening.
I put Helen to bed last night.
It is (contain yourself Dave) unacceptable.
Earlier in the evening there had been a serious thunderstorm but it didn't upset Helen.
I left here at about 11:40 hrs.
Dave's Diary: July 2005: A moving story of authenticity in the face of oppression and one man's struggle to maintain and respect a child's rights against assault and prejudice in a most dreadful divorce.
To the point of agreeing to try to raise £70,000 as an advance on a settlement if it would help secure a decision for Helen to go to Benedict's.
Managed to get the props done for Helen's play.
Last night of Helen's Peter Pan play at Beazly End.
I emailed it to Rupert Manning and phoned Dan.
Why have I left the diary for so long?
I thought I was going to write something now but I'm lost for words.
