As seems the case with the new Ombudsman, Rosemary Thyme, her courtesy and promptness are impeccable.  She sent an email to acknowledge receipt of the documents Dave sent.  Little did she know the trauma it caused Dave.  His crappy printer finally failed him as he attempted to print out all the documents and he was forced to spend a significant sum from his fast dwindling reserves to buy a new printer.  The upside to that is that he was very happy with the new printer.  So I guess occasionally, in this life, things can go well.  This is the email from Rosemary Thyme.
