The Complaints Officer, Mark Hughes, responds promptly to Dave's email thanking him for the meeting.  He is brief and doesn't sign the email with any salutation at the end (unless a vertical blue stick floating in the middle of nowhere constitutes a salutation - but I put that random character down to the AOL email!).  At least it is an acknowledgement of receipt.
